Awa Na started in the back half of a vitamin store in October 2010. “I wanted to serve smooth tasting cold Awa at a reasonable price. The much fewer Awa bars that existed back then were serving traditional awa only. Traditional Awa is our staple but we wanted to experience with flavor. Many new customers were so put off but the taste of Awa that more often than not their first Awa would be their last.

We wanted to change the first timers experience by adding flavors. We started with only two flavor but now we have dozens of Awa drink flavors.
